There are two common metal meshes produced by different processes: stainless steel perforated mesh and stainless steel etched mesh.

Stainless steel perforated mesh is a filter material produced by stamping process. Different holes are punched in the material to meet different product requirements. The materials used for perforated mesh are: stainless steel plate, low carbon steel plate, galvanized PVC cold rolled coil, etc. Its basic specifications are as follows:

  1. Coil thickness 0.2MM-1MM, length 20M
  2. Aperture 1.5MM-10MM
  3. Sheet thickness 0.2MM-20MM, width * length <= 1.5M * 5M
  4. Aperture 0.5MM-200MM

Stainless steel etched mesh is exposed through plate making, and after development, photosensitive ink is applied to the non-protected area, which is removed by etching to make the metal contact with high-concentration mixed chemical solution. Two positive patterns are used to achieve dissolution and corrosion through chemical abrasion from both sides to form a concave-convex or hollow molding effect.   2. Half-deep etching of metal surface can be achieved
  3. Extremely high precision, up to ±0.0075mm accuracy

  6. Almost all metals can be etched, with no restrictions on various pattern designs

The thickness of stainless steel etched mesh can be etched between 0.01MM-2MM, especially suitable for high-precision instruments and equipment. Chemical etching can meet production requirements for batch production.
