The disadvantage is that the etching liquid is very polluting to the production environment and is not easy to recycle.   2. Electrochemical etching method – using electrolyte to energize and use the workpiece to produce anode dissolution to achieve the purpose of etching. The disadvantages are that batch etching cannot meet the requirements, and the current rate distribution is uneven and the etching depth cannot meet the requirements.
  3. Laser etching method – the etching cost is relatively high. It is widely used in PCB and PCBA industries for printed circuit boards. The process of laser etching is similar to that of chemical etching. For smaller flat workpieces, the coating process can be completed by silk screen printing. For large areas, surface coating and development, that is, the process of chemical corrosion, is used.
